The 2020 Tamal Institute is presented by the City of San Antonio World Heritage Office, the San Antonio UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy designation, and their collaborative partners: University of Texas at San Antonio Libraries Special Collections, Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center, Culinary Institute of America, La Familia Cortez and Mi Tierra / Mi Familia restaurants, and the San Antonio Public Library

Tours are weather dependent and may be cancelled in the event of extreme heat or lightening. Tours typically last 45-60 minutes. Note that additional tours may be added. Meet at the visitor center or information center of the mission you want to tour.
